What’s the aspect ratio of the tapes?
All VHS releases are currently presented in 4:3 Full Screen. However, widescreen 16:9 letterboxed editions may be featured in some future releases. The final aspect ratio is always clearly listed on each product page.
Are the VHS tapes new or refurbished?
To ensure the highest quality, all releases are recorded on brand new, factory-sealed blank tapes.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
How long will my order take to ship?
Each tape is handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and fulfillment. You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the VHS format, minor static or visual imperfections may occur. All tapes are spot-checked for quality. If your tape has major issues—such as no audio, no picture, or excessive static—please contact me for a replacement.
Do you offer commissions or custom tape requests?
I’m not currently accepting commissions or custom tape requests. However, I’m open to collaborations and suggestions. Feel free to reach out.
